A record becomes a document somebody can keep: an invoice, a receipt or a credit note. In Studio you choose the table that holds them and say which columns carry the customer, the dates and the lines. From then on a record’s page can make its document, and a mapping can also draw one when a record is saved. Each document is numbered as it is drawn — a number is never reused, and a draw that fails uses none — and Adminium keeps it in its register, ready to download, print or email. The words on the page come in all eight of Adminium’s languages. A PDF is drawn for Latin scripts; a document in another script gets a print-ready page, and says so rather than leaving blanks. Paper is A4 or Letter, and receipts are 80 mm wide. It adds up the lines it is given and nothing more: it keeps no ledger and tracks no balance, so a total is a total, never an amount owed. Nothing is fetched, and there is no account.
What it attaches to
This one is not tied to one app. It works inside Adminium itself, and in any app that hosts add-ons.
What connecting lets it do
Switched on, it draws from the rows of the table you map, read with the permissions of whoever makes the document, and it writes nothing of yours: each document it draws goes into Adminium’s own register. It reaches nothing outside your installation, and everything it draws with is built into its bundle, so there is no key to keep and nothing to sign in to.

If you switch it off
Disconnecting removes an add-on’s surfaces. It never drops the tables it created, deletes the files it wrote, or removes the rows it added — everything it wrote stays in your database.
What stays
Your records are untouched — it brought no tables and writes no row of yours. Every document already drawn stays in Adminium’s register with its number and its file, and your mappings stay saved.
What goes
Nothing new is drawn with it: a mapping that names it is skipped, with the reason recorded, until it is switched on again. In an app that hosts add-ons, its document button and its settings panel leave the app.
About the demo
This one calls no outside service at all — in the demo or self-hosted — so it has no stand-in transport, and there is nothing to switch off. The add-ons that do reach out ship one and it is on by default, so no demo on this site makes a real call to anyone else’s service.
How to switch it on None of the demos on this site include it. In your own workspace, open Add-ons in the settings and switch Invoices & Receipts on, then open Document mappings in Studio and choose the table your invoices live in.
